Sensor Check (validation)

Sensor check is a procedure that verifies if the AirDog and AirLeash sensors are ok to fly. Sensor check will be initiated automatically after AirDog and AirLeash get a good GPS lock. You will have to do it only every 8 hours.

Watch this video on how to perform sensor check:

When you hear the “failed” tone you will see an error message on the AirLeash LCD which will tell you what needs to be done with the particular device (AirDog or AirLeash):
Device tilted try again or calib Accel - the surface on which you placed AirDog or AirLeash isn’t level enough, reposition and try the sensor check again, if you see this message again and you are sure that the surface is level, then calibrate only Accels and try to pass the sensor check again.
Vibrations detected try again or calib Gyro - try sensor check again, if you get the same error message calibrate Gyro and try to pass the sensor check again.
Vibrations detected try again or calib Accel - try sensor check again, if you get the same error message calibrate Accel and try to pass the sensor check again.
Vibrations detected try again or calib Mag - try sensor check again, if you get the same error message calibrate Mag and try to pass the sensor check again.
Calibrate Gyro - please calibrate Gyro (Gyroscope) and try to pass the sensor check again.
Calibrate Accel - please calibrate Accel (Accelerometer) and try to pass the sensor check again.
Calibrate Magnetometer - please calibrate Mag (Magnetometer) and try to pass the sensor check again.
Hardware error contact support / Magnetometer error contact  support / Gyro error contact support / Accel error contact support - if you get this error message please contact support through AirLoader app and mention this error message.
